October 28th, 1960 to April 12th, 2009<\/p>\n
Tom’s life was tragic cut short on April 12th, while he was body surfing in San Francisco; drowned by rogue wave and the rip-tide that took him out. Tom is survived by his wife, Haideen, his mother Pat, his sister Margret, and his two brothers Matt and Andy.<\/p>\n
